Research in the street station of Nemescsó (Hungary ) on the Amber Route

Within the framework of a research project undertaken in cooperation with the Savaria Múzeum Szombathely (Dr. Peter Kiss), investigations of the organization of settlements will be carried out along the Hungarian section of the Amber Route between Kőszeg and Szombathely. This work involves the homogenization of data from find spots in the Austrian and Hungarian areas of the Amber Route, and the creation of a joint geoinformation system and collective field research.
The focal point of the field research currently lies in the analysis of a Roman street station near Nemescsó, where geophysical measurements and surveys will be carried out.
